Emma is a leading HR Specialist, Career Coaching Practitioner and Social Entrepreneur who founded Australia’s first online HR consulting network, Changing Places HR Services Pty Ltd in 2004; uniquely providing businesses with free, on demand access to independent practitioners in the areas of HR, Leadership Development, Career Coaching and Training.
Emma is an author and professional speaker in the areas of career development and balancing work and family and is a regular contributor to news radio and television including the Today Show and The Project.
Emma’s corporate career specialising in HR, Leadership Development, Career Development and Coaching spans over 15 years. Emma has supported the career transition and growth of many leaders and returning parents largely in the insurance, financial and professional services sectors including companies such as Westpac, Zurich Financial Services, KPMG and JPMorgan in the UK and Australia.
Having started her own early career in Superannuation and Sales, Emma is an expert at career reinvention and transition and now, with 3 children and managing two businesses, understands the challenges parents face when balancing work and family.

With extensive experience in human resource project management, Diane has worked for a number of high profile organisations including SageCo, Open Telecommunications and the Sydney Organisation Committee for the Olympic Games. Diane has also been the Administrator for the NSW Equal Employment Opportunity Practitioners Association (NEEOPA).
No stranger to fast paced, corporate environments, Diane brings her project and stakeholder management skills and an interest in workplace diversity to her role at Parents@Work. She’s the first point of contact for new clients, and her ability to build strong relationships from the first call and across the lifespan of each project is an integral part of the Parents@Work services.
Siobhan is Administration Manager at Changing Places and PA to Emma Walsh, Managing Director. A master of multi-tasking and wearer of many hats, Siobhan is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office - our hub for all the activities related to Parents@Work, mums@work and Talented Women.
Marketing and Communications Manager
Elysha Stephens oversees the marketing and communications activities of all the brands under the Changing Places HR network, which includes Parents@Work, mums@work and Talented Women.
With over 14 years experience in marketing & communications across a range of industries including construction, IT, HR, development and hospitality, Elysha brings a unique combination of creative, strategic and business skills to her focus on driving business for all the Changing Places brands.

Kiri Stejko has over 17 years’ experience in the careers arena in human resources, talent management and recruitment.
Kiri is a trained Psychotherapist, with a BA (Psychology), and a Graduate Diploma in the Science of Psychology as well as Counselling. Additionally, she is a certified HBDI practitioner. With this combination of experience and training, Kiri is an expert in career coaching and talent management.
Kiri supports organisations and individuals from an array of sectors to find opportunities and strategies that optimise their potential and talent and balance this with family life. She is passionate about helping parents and carers feel genuinely motivated and engaged in their careers.
Kiri has built and led regional and multicultural teams while based in Sydney, London and Hong Kong, in various industries from professional and financial services to entertainment including JP Morgan, Ernst & Young, Zurich Financial Services and Echo Entertainment.
Kiri is currently busy practising what she preaches, balancing work and family with one daughter and one baby on the way.
Writer, mental health case worker and founder of the Nurture Exchange, Nicki is passionate about living a connected life and supporting others on their journey towards wellbeing and self expression.
One of the ways she brings her passion to life is by writing for all the brands in the Changing Places HR network, where she writes and edits all our feature articles, press releases, eBooks and website copy.
With a background in copywriting, marketing and web design, Nicki writes on subjects including work-life balance, gender equality in the workplace and women in leadership. She also brings together our own communities via our social media platforms.
